Our online booking system is a simple tool for those who prefer to book online and do not require further information about our accommodation.
Please note the following:
Due to the flexibility of our rooms, not all rooms are shown on the online booking system so we are likely to have availability that is not showing on the system i.e. a double room for longer bookings or our large family room - so please do call or email us to check.
If you have specific requirements such as you do not want to be on the top floor, want to discuss a longer stay , have three adults in our family room , need to discuss a family type group booking or wish to know more about our accommodation prior to booking please contact us on 01305 789353 or send an email
Also we may be able to offer single night booking when the system is restricting the booking to two nights plus single occupancy of double rooms and room only may be available, and discounts for longer stays. Telephone us on 01305 789353
One night’s pre payment is required to secure your Online booking. We will email confirmation within two days. Credit card payments have a surcharge of 2.5%. If you wish to cancel your booking we will aim to re let the room and then refund your deposit minus an admin charge of £10. If you cancel with less than 72 hrs notice no refund will be made.
We do not accept Stag or Hen parties. We do accept family groups/activity type groups but require telephone contact to discuss your requirements. Please do not book groups online as we may decline the booking. Please note our accommodation is across three floors and your booking may be on the top floor unless advised otherwise.

We always respond to emails – if you do not appear to have had a reply to your enquiry within 24 hrs please check your spam box and email us with a contact number or telephone us. The exception will be when we are on holiday!
